Becoming

I grew up chasing an equal pull of the academics and the arts. Two decades later, I turned that deeply embedded curiosity into a lifelong career as a product marketer. I'm passionately interested in learning and building at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and technology. Presently, I work with Dentsu to strategise India marketing efforts for Adobe's enterprise SaaS & consumer tech products. This means, I get to shape cultural resonance for how Adobe's creative technologies such as Acrobat, Creative Cloud, Express, and Lightroom show up in India.

Being
I was raised in a family that passionately encouraged girl-child education and so, for as long as I can remember, it has been the biggest cornerstone of my life. I try to pay it forward by teaching Digital Literacy with a focus on ethical AI, to 8th grade students at the Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya, Delhi. I'm also a third-generation descendent of Partition survivors on both sides, and grew up being at very close quarters to my grandmother's survival story. In 2022, my conversation with Partition writer & oral historian, Aanchal Malhotra, recollecting my grandmother's story, was published in her sophomore book, 'In the Language of Remembering'.

Building

Beyond work, cinema and books are two of my biggest passions. I've spent the past 26 years of my life reading across genres & geographies. This long-standing love has fuelled me to start building a close-knit community of fellow readers. When I'm not reading, you'll find me geeking out on Japanese & Taiwanese cinema. Post my first job, I took some time away to work as an assistant director on an independent feature film. Last year, I co-subtitled a friend's documentary film on the prolific Hindi writer, Vinod Kumar Shukla, titled 'Chaar Phool Hain Aur Duniya Hai'. In 2022, I was commissioned to write a travel web-series for MG India. I also write micro essays on Substack and document my photography here.
